Friday's Letters

Dear Calliope, I love you so much and you are amazing, but please stop growing so fast. Dear Jason, I wish you didn't have to go back to work. I don't know what I'm going to do when it's my turn. You better be ready for me to cry. Probably every morning for a while. Dear Max, I'm sorry you've been a little neglected lately. Babies are hard work. You've been a very patient dog and I promise you'll go for a walk soon. Dear weather, cool it down just a little tiny bit... I don't want to turn on my air. Dear racecar drivers, I can hear you from all the way across town. It's 9:30 at night, you guys are annoying. Dear Calliope (again), you finally fell asleep in my arms and now I don't want to put you in your bassinet because you're adorable. But your mommy's gotta sleep sometime. Please don't wake up when I put you in there, okay? Good night. :)
